Processing Time
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- We offer standard shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (continental U.S.) after processing time.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, Skelly Candle Company has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. Skelly Candle Company is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
Summer Shipping Schedule
To protect your candles and wax melts from extreme summer heat, we ship orders placed during the warmer months (typically May-September) only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Our summer shipping schedule limits the amount of time your package spends in hot transit vehicles and non-climate-controlled warehouses.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
