Coconut-apricot is a creamy, non-toxic wax blend that’s clean-burning, long-lasting, and delivers exceptional fragrance hot-throw. Plus, coconut-apricot wax produces less soot than paraffin wax candles, so you can literally breathe easier.

Coconut-apricot wax has a lower melting point and viscosity than other waxes, allowing candles to burn more slowly and last longer. It also means your candle doesn’t need a full melt pool to avoid tunneling. When you relight your candle, unmelted wax will slide down the side of the container as it burns.

Phthalates are chemicals used in a wide variety of products—from building materials and cleaning products to other household goods and personal care products such as shampoo, soap, and body lotion. Phthalates are endocrine disruptors and have been linked to increased risk of breast cancer, fertility issues, diabetes, and other health problems. 

Phthalates are also used in many candles, especially mass-market candles sold in big-box stores. In candles, phthalates are used to retain fragrance and increase hot throw (the strength of a fragrance while a candle is burning). Often, these fragrances contain not only phthalates but also mutagens, carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and acute toxins. Yikes!
